Payment
Payment can be made by cheque payable to JCI UK Foundation or bank transfer (bank details made available on request).
Payment must be received by the following dates unless agreed otherwise with Penny Gill, Clerk to Trustees.
CHEQUE – by 12noon on Friday 5th July 2019
BANK TRANSFER – by 12noon on Friday 12th July 2019
Transfers
If a guest’s circumstances suddenly change and this prevents them from attending we will be happy for them to nominate a replacement guest, however, you must inform us as soon as possible of the change.
Cancellation
If you provide notice in writing (email will suffice) no later than 12noon on 11th July 2019 informing us that you wish to cancel your booking we will provide you with a full refund (if applicable). Any less than this then we will not provide a refund. We will provide as much notice as possible if we need to cancel an event and if we do we will refund your luncheon ticket price in full (if applicable). We will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in reaching the venue.
Venue
You are liable for any loss or damage which you may cause to that of an external venue and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including policies as to behaviour and conduct) that may be in place at any venue from time to time. If you have a disability or medical condition that requires special arrangements to be made, please notify us of your requirements when making your booking.
